Standard Delivery
With our standard delivery service you should receive your goods within 5 -10 working days. This is subject to stock availability. Orders are delivered to the address of the buyer unless an alternative delivery address is specified. If you would like your goods to be sent to a different address please ensure that you complete the 'Delivery Address' section (including full postcode) on your order form or amend the relevant section when ordering via the Internet (please note this does not apply to a new customer's initial order).
For very heavy items delivery will be arranged with you in advance. Pet and animal feeds will incur a higher delivery charge
Postage & Packaging
- Postage and packaging will be charged at a fixed rate of £4.99 per order within mainland UK.
- Animal feeds are only available within the UK mainland and the postage for these items is 4.99 per bag
- Some items have free postage (within the UK mainland).
